Zesti Sokolata me ton Pikaso is a children's theater production at the Goulandris Museum amphitheater in Pangrati, Athens, on 12 March 2026 at 11:00. A girl falls asleep and two comic figures step out of Picasso's paintings to guide her through his life and work.
Written and directed by Notis Paraskevopoulos, the sixty-minute show is performed by Dimitris Giannis, Ourania Fourlanou, and Thodoris Chintzidis. The production plays inside a museum whose permanent collection includes works by the artist the children meet onstage. For ages four and up.
If your children need constant physical action, this show works at a gentler pace. If they respond to color, shape, and a story about a real painter whose art surrounds them in the building, the setting does half the work.
Eratosthenous 13, Pangrati. Accessible by metro from Evangelismos. Tickets 12 EUR through more.com.
One hour in a museum where the paintings walk off the walls.
