A puppet cat appears and a room of toddlers leans forward. Little Taki is asleep, and his dream is about to begin — your child follows the journey alongside him, discovering shapes, sounds, and textures for the first time.
Ata me ti Gata is an original baby theater production by Irina Boiko's White Puppet Theatre, designed for children aged ten months to two and a half years. Boiko writes, directs, and builds the sets herself, creating a forty-minute sensory experience where puppets and live performance introduce infants to theater. Music by Giorgos Stefanakidis accompanies the journey.
If your child is past three, they have outgrown this format. But if you want a first theatrical encounter calibrated for an infant's attention span, Boiko has been refining this across multiple seasons at Olvio.
Olvio Theatre is at Iera Odos 67 in Votanikos, walkable from Kerameikos metro. Sundays at 11:00, through May 2026. Tickets EUR 9 via more.com.
Forty minutes, one cat, one dream — the window when theater can be this simple does not stay open long.
