Three bands — Killgrave, Faceless Envoy, and Lungshot — take the stage at Ilion Plus this Saturday for a night of metal, hardcore, and groove. Killgrave are an Athens-based outfit; the bill leans heavy across all three sets.

At six euros, this is grassroots Athens metal at its most direct — no distance between the bands and a room that came to move. Ilion Plus sits on Kodrigtonos near Patission in the city center, a short walk from the metro, and fills as the heavier sets land later in the night.

If you want polish and big production, look elsewhere; if you want three underground bands at full volume for the price of a drink, doors are at 20:00.
