The Greek producer — born Ilias Valaris in Corfu, twenty-five years into a deep-house catalogue of more than three hundred tracks across four albums — pairs traditional Greek instruments with the rhythmic vocabulary he built across Scorpios's terraces on Mykonos.

Island runs Tuesday to Saturday from 20:00 in high season. No metro coverage extends to Varkiza; taxi or rental car from central Athens is the only practical route.
