Five words carry the evening: sex, violence, power, faith, love. «Απόψε κανείς δεν πεθαίνει» (Tonight Nobody Dies) is contemporary theater by The Young Quill; it returns for a second season at Theatro Bellos in Plaka, Athens, playing from 16 October 2026.
The piece began as the ensemble's improvisations; writers Vivian Stergiou and Konstantinos Mavropoulos shaped it into a script, and Aikaterini Papageorgiou directs her own concept — a polyphonic mosaic of contemporary stories, first staged in November 2025.
Theatro Bellos is the 1977 house of actor-director Giorgos Bellos at Kekropos 1, five minutes from Syntagma metro; The Young Quill revived it and runs it as home stage — you are watching the residents, not visitors.
If you want one plot with a tidy arc, this is a mosaic by design — 130 minutes of interlocking stories, in Greek. If you want new Greek writing that names its subjects out loud, tickets are 18 EUR, 13 reduced; Thursday–Friday 20:30, Saturday 21:00, Sunday 18:00. The title keeps its word.
