A young man stands accused of murdering a wealthy widow, the testimony stacks against him, and the one person who could clear him — his wife — takes the stand as a witness for the prosecution. Agatha Christie's courtroom thriller Μάρτυρας Κατηγορίας returns to the Dimitris Horn theatre for a fourth consecutive season, directed and adapted by Nikorestis Chaniotakis.

The production started out at Theatro Anesis before settling at Horn, and the draw is structural: Christie wrote a new twist ending for the stage version, and the case turns on a single piece of evidence you watch the lawyers fight over in real time.

If you want experimental staging, this is a straight, well-built whodunit. But if you like a courtroom puzzle that keeps its last card hidden until the final minute, Christie still deals it cleanly.
