Περιγραφή στα Αγγλικά
A young German holidaymaker vanishes from a remote beach, and the unlicensed cantina nearby becomes the focus of a town's suspicion. Giannis Tsiros's Agrios Sporos (Wild Seed) turns that vanishing into a study of how a community closes ranks and settles on a scapegoat.
Director Sofia Karagianni stages it as a near-ritual of social exclusion and moral judgment, with Ilias Valasis, Dimitris Mamios and Anthi Savvaki carrying three roles across a single day. Tsiros's language is clipped and unsparing; the play, first staged over a decade ago, returns to Theatro Mikro Chorn for a second consecutive season from October 2026.
The small Mikro Chorn stage on Amerikis 10, a short walk from Syntagma, seats you close enough to feel the three-hander's pauses; Saturdays run a double bill at 18:00 and 21:00. Tickets 14 to 25 EUR. If you want neat resolution, look elsewhere; this is a town turned inside out in real time.
A twelve-year-old text about who a frightened society decides to blame, back for one more year.
