Three Greek-language bands split a five-euro bill at Death Disco on Saturday 20 June, one night only: Siopi ton Amnon, whose post-punk filters dark poetry and 1980s sound through present-day Greek reality; Ontotites, writing songs of oppression, grief, love and obsession; and Fables, folding 1960s psychedelia into 2000s indie and math rock.

The room fits the bill — Death Disco on Ogygou in Psyrri holds around 200 people and programs the darkwave end of the city's spectrum; live sets run from 21:00 to about midnight, then DJs carry the night.
