Silence has weight in the Parnassos Literary Society building. The room itself is an instrument—wooden floors that resonate, high ceilings that don't swallow sound but hold it. You can feel the space's history before the music arrives, which is exactly where THE NECKS starts.

THE NECKS' residency in Athens is the opposite of a tour. This isn't them playing hits for an audience—this is them living in a room for three days, exploring what emerges when three musicians commit to patience and listening. Each night will be completely different. Each night will feel like you're overhearing something that wasn't meant for public consumption.

The people who fill these chairs came because they trust the proposition: that patience can be more exciting than obvious drama, that listening is an active choice, that music doesn't need to prove itself immediately. You'll find musicians in the crowd, people who've followed THE NECKS through decades, people who came because a friend said "you need to experience this." Everyone becomes focused the moment the sound begins.

The experience is almost architectural. The trio moves through structures they're building in real time. Nothing's predetermined—each solo, each rhythm shift, each moment of silence is a choice made in response to what the other musicians are doing.
