Desir - Arietta female choir

Arietta is a female choir from Nea Ionia, founded in 2023 under conductor Athena Gratsouna. The group has already taken Golden Prize at ARTIVA 2024 and bronze at the Mikis Theodorakis Festival. On 25 April at 20:30 they perform "Désir" at Parnassos Literary Society — a program threading desire from philosophy to sensory experience.

Parnassos is the 1865 society's 500-seat neoclassical hall on Plateia Agiou Georgiou Karytsi, with acoustics rated among the finest in Greece. Tickets EUR 6 to 10.

If you want amplified pop, Désir is not that. But a prize-winning young choir in a hall music critics love is the Saturday.
