Ταξίδι στο φως

On a hill that cars cannot climb on show nights, Stavros Xarchakos raises a baton over a repertoire he has been writing and arranging for six decades.

«Ταξίδι στο Φως» is his touring programme through Greek song, which played two sold-out nights at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus in 2025 and reaches the Dimotiko Theatro Lykavittou on Saturday 5 September 2026. Giannis Kotsiras and Iro Saia sing; Xarchakos conducts.

Take the free municipal shuttle from Sarantapichou Street, which runs 19:00 to 21:30 — private cars are turned back at the foot of the hill, and the climb on foot is steep enough to matter in September heat. Curtain is 21:00, open air, no roof.
